Terms of Sale
These terms govern sales of digital content by Starwall (starwall.shop) to consumers. The seller is established in France and French consumer law applies; nothing here removes the rights that law gives you.
Products
Starwall sells downloadable wallpaper packs — single collections and the All Access bundle. Files are delivered through a permanent link after payment.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Payment is handled by Stripe. No customer account is required, and we never see your card details.
Delivery
Delivery is immediate once payment is confirmed: an email carries your permanent link, which is also shown on the confirmation page. The link does not expire, and new plates added to a collection you own appear there at no extra cost.
Right of withdrawal
Digital content supplied without a physical medium loses the 14-day withdrawal right only if you asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged losing that right beforehand (art. L221-28 13° of the French consumer code). That is what the box you tick before paying says, and it is never pre-ticked.
If you do not tick it, the purchase does not go through — the check runs on the server, not only in the browser.
Intellectual property
The wallpapers remain the property of Starwall. Buying grants a personal-use licence only. Reselling or redistributing them is not permitted.
